Which plan is right for my clinic?
Cover is perfect for solo practitioners or very small clinics who need basic call handling and booking. Front Desk suits growing clinics with 1-2 locations that need outbound follow-ups, SMS reminders, and workflow automation. Integrated is ideal for busy multi-practitioner clinics that want full CRM, EMR/PMS sync, and advanced patient journey automation.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade between Cover, Front Desk, and Integrated plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle, and you keep all features until then.
What clinic systems do you integrate with?
Our Premium Sync Pro (included in the Integrated plan) connects with Jane, Cliniko, Nookal, PtEverywhere, SimplePractice, and PromptEMR. We sync appointments and patient data bidirectionally in real-time. If you need a different system, contact us about adding it as a custom integration.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Yes! Save 20% when you pay annually. For example, Front Desk is £3,351/year instead of £4,188 (£349 × 12), saving you £837. Annual plans also include priority setup support. You can toggle between monthly and annual pricing above to see your savings.
What happens if I need more capacity?
All plans include generous fair usage limits designed for their clinic size. If you need more, you can add extra usage packs (1,000 mins for £150/month), extra locations (£99/month), or extra phone numbers (£10/month). We'll notify you before you approach any limits—we never cut you off mid-conversation.
How long does setup take?
Most clinics are live within 48 hours. We provide setup, training, and support with every plan. For Integrated plan customers with EMR/PMS sync, setup typically takes 3-5 days to ensure everything connects smoothly. Your dedicated onboarding specialist will guide you through the entire process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) in GBP, USD, or EUR. Annual plans can also be paid via bank transfer. All payments are processed securely through Stripe with full PCI compliance.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes—no contracts, cancel anytime. Monthly plans can be cancelled with no penalty, and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable but can be cancelled to prevent auto-renewal. Your data export is always available if you decide to leave.
